I also partner with universities and businesses to create mindful, research-informed yoga programs that build strength, sharpen focus, and support overall well-being.

Reformer Pilates
I offer private and online membership-based reformer pilates sessions, a full-body, low-impact workout using the Reformer machine to build core strength, improve posture, and lengthen and tone muscles. Designed to effectively challenge and transform your body with precision, control, and lasting, sustainable results.
