My relationship with movement began in childhood through gymnastics. I loved challenging my body, learning new skills, and discovering what I was capable of.
At 17, I was diagnosed with PCOS and prescribed medication, but I wasn’t given much guidance on how lifestyle, nutrition, and movement could support my health. After experiencing difficult side effects, I began researching how to manage my symptoms more naturally. Through consistent movement, supportive nutrition, and lifestyle changes, I was eventually able to manage my PCOS without medication. During this time, yoga became an important part of my healing and inspired me to become a teacher. Soon after, I discovered reformer Pilates and fell in love with its versatility and ability to build strength, improve posture, and support the body through low-impact movement. I also studied kinesiology at Long Beach City College, where I developed a strong foundation in anatomy and movement science.
My teaching approach focuses on building a strong, sustainable foundation. Sessions emphasize proper alignment, controlled movement, and breath coordination to support strength, flexibility, stability, and joint mobility. Rather than simply moving through exercises, I help students understand the purpose behind each movement so they can move more efficiently, reduce the risk of injury, and build long-term body awareness.
In 2022, I founded Peace For All Collective to help make wellness more accessible and community-centered. What started as a small effort has grown into more than 100 classes and workshops, reaching over 2,000 community members.
Today, I teach yoga, reformer pilates, breathwork, and meditation to support people in moving with more strength, awareness, and ease. I believe movement is not just about fitness. It is a powerful tool for healing and building a healthier relationship with your body.
