Hi, I’m Dilan, a movement and wellness educator
With over seven years of teaching experience, I am certified and specialize in Yoga, Reformer Pilates, Breathwork, and Mindfulness Meditation. I offer classes that are accessible to every body and suitable for all levels.
Grounded in a strong foundation of anatomy, biomechanics, and movement principles, my teaching is clear, intentional, and focused on helping you feel your best physically, mentally, and emotionally. I have worked with universities, businesses, organizations, and private clients, supporting individuals to move with confidence, ease, and greater awareness.

I’ve taken -online- class with Dilan. Dilan was incredibly patient and very professional, making sure I’d be guided in the series of asanas the best way possible. She is very knowledgeable and had planned a well balanced yoga session for me, neither too hard nor too easy. Overall I felt very well guided by a very qualified yoga teacher. I highly recommend her.
I was a dancer 10 years ago, but after an injury and career change, I lost much of my flexibility and mobility. Two years ago, I started weekly private yoga sessions with Dilan and from the first session I fully trusted her, she is extremely knowledgeable and truly passionate about movement practices. After each session, I could feel my flexibility and joint mobility improving and her personalized homework helped me stay consistent.
