Hi, I’m Dilan, a movement and wellness educator 

With over seven years of teaching experience, I am certified and specialize in Yoga, Reformer Pilates, Breathwork, and Mindfulness Meditation. I offer classes that are accessible to every body and suitable for all levels.

Grounded in a strong foundation of anatomy, biomechanics, and movement principles, my teaching is clear, intentional, and focused on helping you feel your best physically, mentally, and emotionally. I have worked with universities, businesses, organizations, and private clients, supporting individuals to move with confidence, ease, and greater awareness.
